i let out a shout.
a sense of relief washed over me.
perhaps i'd been really tensed up these days..
immune system is down,
i think i caught d bug from patients><"
hoarse voice, running rose, cough..
now it's time for me to swallow tablets..

2 wks of break again after friday.
effin glad..
some plans,
some matters just need to be put into action!!=))

i seriously have no choice but to move forward..
am i really capable..
i was totally defeated by lecturer's words..
i closed my eyes, let my head fall back..
think positive i tell myself..
i need the drive.


met up with iren yesterday..
we went to have our dinner at ding tai fung.
the theory that 'fav food cheers u up' proved itself.
i certainly felt better after d plate of fried rice n 'xiao long bao'..

following that, we walked a bit at wisma n paragon..
iren bought a pretty lovely black dress at warehouse,
expensive but worthy..lol..
cabbed down to devils, joined wendy, her sis n friends..
one of the singers of raw energy left the band..pity..
pleasurable nite..loved it.

thurs, nov 23rd

almost past a week at amk hospital..
all i can say is that the nurses here are very helpful!!
i've got to be extremely careful when transferring patients..
it seems easy, but i kinda miss some hindrances..
AAAAARH!!!!! effin stressed when my lecturer's ard..

my back is giving way..
the green veins are visible underneath my size 8 foot..
i should perhaps consider getting an osim i squeeze?
such a comfort!

rumors have spread..
my next n last semester of my diploma should start on the 3rd wk of jan,
n exams on 15th feb..
OH DEAR.. very short semester..
tat spells d start of....?/
we shall see.

it's a long long journey from hm to amk/thk hospital..
abt an hr 15 min..
we had our orientation..
gotta submit a case study very soon but this time,
it's different from the previous..
our lecturer expected more from our own analysis n stuff..

i'm physically aching already..only the 1st day.. hell more to come..

weather's wet lately, i plan to get vit C tablets from the pharmacy in AMK..
i could build up my immunity n pay lesser..

a gathering at legenda

sun, nov 19th

went cineleisure cathay to watch 'step up' yesterday..
the dance routine was excellent in d movie!
i loved it!!

lindacousin organised a bbq gathering at legenda roof top..
the usual peeps..
the whole lot of us actually managed to finish everything..
that's often a rare sight..
=)

on the other hand, the gathering brought about some 'accidents'..
tat everybody was certain it was a 'falling day'
giselle, my niece aged 2 fell into the jacuzzi pool..face down!
her mum tripped while trying to save her little,
i immediately took over to pat her back..hoping so much she din choke..
unfortunately, rachalle(her elder sis) aged 3 jumped into the pool too~
so much for the help`

luckily, both of them weren't shaken..
n when all ended.. my sis tripped n fell on a step..
jeez`
scary..

sis n me stayed over..
i don think i slept at all last nite cos we've been
chatting non-stop with lindacousin n xiaogu..
that i got really energetic n restless..
i wanna travel... but not anytime soon..

short term plan: save up for korea trip next yr!! =D

another lesson learnt

friday, nov 17th

couple of lessons learnt.

1) walk slowly cos this leg of mine aint obedient anymore..
i really hate it when i fall.. i cant remember the no of times
i get bruises on my knee n sprained my ankles..

i even get rheumatism when the weather turns cold.. (OW)
shit..ankle swollen!!

2) never procrastinate..it's never wise..
my clothes are piling up like a hill..
geez..

3) u just got to be prepared for some scolding..
i hate going back on my words..
yet there are always instances where u fail..
haiz..

4) learn to tie a loose knot.
both figurative n literally!
mum taught me how..
i still cant grasp the technique..
=/

...next monday, having attachment at amk hospital..

mini vacation

Thurs, nov 16th

4 days 3 nights in KL..
i would call that a mini vacation..
so much to do.. so little cash..lolz..

first nite at katari hotel- eeks..e worst u can ever imagine..
everything is so worn out..with a 14 inch tv..
i can forgo that!
one thing glad, mint brought us to fine dining at 'bangkok jazz'..
has a posh ambience, superb thai cuisine, fine live band...
=D

followed by 'Beach Club'..
it's said to be one of the most "must go" clubs around in KL..
i tried their mango margarita..
still prefer iguana's..
but since we went on a sunday nite,
the crowd mainly consists either of foreigners looking for one-nite stands..
or prostitutes eager for some action..
disgusted.

2nd day, went shopping at mid-valley..
dinner at sushi king..
i din believe their sushi could taste that good!!
also, tried roti prata..wrapped with butter n sugar..
sinful`
we spent our nite at a better hotel this time round..

3rd day, 3 of us left for genting..
i was pretty thrilled abt it..
last time i went was in 2001..
so long ago..
the whole experience there was refreshing,
i even got time to go karaoke..lolz..
a mere $7 for 2 hrs of singing..
wonderful except for the cable ride up..
i get giddy spells..
sis praised me for my courage thou..
hah~!!

arrived in s'pore last nite at 10pm..
was beat.

ps: i got lucky in the arcade..threw a ball n
it got in a green bowl(only a couple there)
n they gave me a puppet.. i wasnt happy cos it looks so weird..
but watever..it seems fated to be with me..lolx

there's this nice pub at level 9 of M hotel..
went to chill in with nicole n the rest last nite..
peiqin came along later..
went to DXO next,
just the two of us..
nevertheless..fun!

mum came to pick me, so sweet..

the weather's so cold.. i wonder how's it like in genting..
i'm leaving for KL tml early morning with sis..
soo not ready.. alot of packing to be done..
whew~ =D
i wanna eat n shop n play!!
lolz..

will i miss my friends?
i guess i will.

mum says..
'drink cough syrup when u have insomnia'
'eat this kueh, it's homemade!'
'drink chocolate wine..taste it..' --> it's actually bailey's..my fav.
her concept is do not waste!

from my point of view,
eww~!!..cough syrup sucks.
the kueh has a weird smell..
bailey's, my favorite..but hey 9.30am in the morning..
mum, it's soo wrong..i just woke up ya`

but anyhow, i love her all the same even when she
stubbornly insisted on wearing my new shoe..(which she commented looks 'orhpiang')
haiz..

my swollen n painful eyes feels better today..
i ToTALLy loved the drama,

everyone should watch it.

i simply cant stand ppl scolding vulgarities ah..FOS~

reached hm at 5am..
slept til 12n today..
grandparents dropped by for a visit.
scolded me for no apparent reason.."only watch tv n sleep.."
what they really meant was "i'm unfilial..bla bla bla.."
i was fuming mad for that comment..
scolding was all they could do, they din even bother to
understand i was held back bcos of exams..
i was hurt.

get it right.
i'm the one! not jon nor sis who visits them at their place..
