surprise surprise

just bought drapolene cream..
to apply on my newly tat!!
i cant believe i finally got my tat la..
was out with serene yesterday,
ate at manhattan fish market for lunch.
the baked fish was fantastic!
followed by "27 dresses" at The Cathay..
interesting movie.

n afterwhich, we headed to boat quay..
kinda decided to check out 'spirit of tatoos'..
see if i could have my tat done or make an appointment.
sat down n discussed with the tatoo artist for god knows how long..
til the moment came, when i had to lie at the 'operating table'
serene was the "co-artist" <-- quoted by her!
she helped as the assistant lo..
i was freaking nervous..
kept holding my breath while d needle went over my skin(outline part)..
luckily enough, the worst was over..
by the time he did the shading,
i was bravely lookin n helping him..
=p

gotta care for my wound now..
=)

wasnt feeling too gd yesterday.
i thought a day's rest should be enough..
i din expect it to affect me so badly last nite.
was kept awake the whole nite til 5am b4 i finally dozed off..

two consultations with doc in two days costs me 46bucks.
diagnosis: viral labyrinthitis
vertigo i had..gosh! makes me vomit..
pls go away.

got valium for tonite, fall asleep smoothly..=)

21yrs n a day old

so i celebrated my 21st at hotshot.
not my kind of idea.
but i din really have any other options. =/
so we ordered catering..food was alright,
mum's friend also helped prepare desserts..
i forgot to take pics of those but anyways, i totally adored ma bday cake!!
too pretty n yummylicious~
thanks to mum's friend's friend who's the chef of the atrium at pan pacific hotel.

i'm so grateful n blessed that nite!
thanks to ma friends, cousins, aunts,
grandparents, bro, sis, colleagues n most importantly
my mum!!
she's always saying i don appreciate her...=p

just had supper with quan shun..
very thoughtful n sweet of him..
since he couldnt make it for my bdae, we simply had a meal together.

yesterday was lucille's a mth old celebration at cousinlinda's place.
i bought this musical minnie mouse thingy for her from disneyland..
before tat, went for a manicure..like finally!
now, i guess my nail colour wld match perfectly with my outfit tml.

sis n i, alvin n celine, ivan n his gf n rachael n giselle headed
to raffles city for some shopping..
after that, we went over to their place to chill in..
watched the hot chick on channel 5..damn hilarious!

okies, i'm back in sg.
my flight sq865 landed at terminal 3 at 10pm
(i heard it officially opened 2days ago)
very new indeed!

i'm actually pretty exhausted from carrying all the luggage n stuff
i bought..
apart from tat, i reached home n unpacked the stuff
and also had to do some housekeeping,
To my horror..i think the room i shared with my mum has been the same since i left five days ago. DUST is the Killer~

i dont think i'm doing any justice to my eyes now..
i've got so many things to write abt my hk trip..
leave it to my next entry aye!

simple things in life

it's nice feeling the way i felt earlier today when i
saw my gd old friend after a long while..

went to wheelock's today.
had lunch at sakae.
followed by a visit to cousin linda's place.
met lucille for the first time!
she's really small n petite n pretty!!
33 weeks old..premature aye.
i cant take my eyes off her~
=)

borrowed a small pouch from cousinlinda for my hk trip.
n we chatted, from how her waterbag burst, her whole experience til lucille was born.. basically all lucille..ha..
n i also received a present in advance from her n cousinpauline..
=D they're so sweet!

went to central mall, met my mentor for dinner at pasta de waraku!
their business sure looks brisk.
pasta tastes ok, kinda ex thou.
had a great chat with my mentor,
got me thinking of pursuing in 'applied psychology'..

in life, it's d ppl whom u meet that makes the difference

feeling like a kid

so this upcoming hk trip will count as my 2nd 'flying experience'..
n i'm feeling all the excitement like NOW..
it's fast, i bet the trip n everything will seem like a peanut to mention
when it's over..

but really, sometimes just thinking abt it, the expectation of experiencing something good..
gosh! that emotion can be overwhelming`
exaggerating it sounds.
nevertheless the truth.

basically all sorts of events can trigger various emotions n reactions..
ha..
