many plans coming up!

sat, 2nd dec

the past two days of attachment of HSE was pretty relaxing..
met two lovely friends..diana n kelvin.
i was practically crapping with them most of the time..
real glad to meet them.
=)

n this morning, mum brought me to acupuncture.
2 needles on my head, 8 on my neck/shoulder..
6 more at my left ankle..
aching badly man.
i was telling the physician abt my problems when i realise there were lots!!

some "do nots" i gotta stick to.
1) no cold drinks
2) no potato n oily stuff
3) no vigorous activities (sadly, i've got a flat foot..poor balance!)

pissed with myself now.
i should have taken better care of my body before.
will start doing so now..

came back hm, took a shower..
n hurried off to orchard with sis to meet lindacousin n others..
from there, lindacousin drove us there in her very pretty white VW.. (i'm mesmerised~) ^^
grandma's dinner treat at this teochew restaurant over at UE square was good..
afterwhich, sis n me cabbed down to vivo..
my first time there..
feels like a stranger..
kinda like the seaview from vivo!!

had plans to go st. james tonight but no one seems interested..
