poolside bbq n booze!

at this time, i guess many are still asleep..
i meant those who were at the "party" last nite..

i woke up pretty early, slept over at nikki's place..
i was zoned out..giddy from a mixture of rose wine, vodka,
a bit of baron beer n lots of red wine..
Bad mix or rather i din take it all so well..LOL~

Many came late, daniel's frens..siping's..
We boozed, chat, some danced at the function hall..
so, after 11pm..those not going back early continued by the poolside..
played finger-guessing game with zhiwei..
lost n drank quite a lot..
killer-wine>?
LOL..i like wines thou.

Pam speaking in shanghai accent, zhiwei's crappy ways,
nikki's speak chinese activity..n towards the end, spinning bottle dare game..(kisses dare)

just, auntie updated me on the events tat happened after i went to bed..lol~
gosh~ so many threw up..

anyways..
i'm wondering if i should go to cousin vincent's place tonight for new yr's eve bbq
Bet there'll be lots of ppl..his students, other coaches..
BUt bbq food, just had.

later in the night, we had supper(instant food from 7/11)
cup noodles taste like heaven at that time!

went to sch just now to get lecture notes...my stupid locker failed me!
N poor me had to spend abt 1/2 hr figuring out the lock..so frustrating!!


Poolside bbq is gonna start at 7pm..
we're gonna go help put up the deco fro the function room before tat..
Everything is gonna go pretty gd~

all of a sudden just feel like saying..

As a person, its important to give and take..
If u want a friend, first u have to be a friend..

For eg, u go visit ur relative..everything they wanna pay for u..
of cos as a form of courtesy.
But even so, u cant expect them to treat u all the time.
U HAVE to treat them back..tats the way it goes!
No way u're gonna have a free treat.
n there's d saying: u reap wat u sow


Needless to say, u have to do the same to ur frens!
u treat me, i treat u.. balanced it all..=)

So to conclude, i hate ppl who have no brains, greedy like a pig,

went bugis shopping with nikki n auntie yesterday,
LOL~ nikki was like my fashion consultant..mm, now i need a black tanktop.

went to isetan scotts' private sale..today.
bought a mickey watch(white strap)
limited n it costs only 49.90..today..
really glad!!!

Have yet to go to nike at bugis, got a voucher til 31/12/05.
Also wanna go to the Art House..get t-shirts.

But dad will only give me money next wk..oh god~ i need to pester him!

was chatting online earlier with nikki n rich..
both kept teasing me abt leslie n stuff..haiz..

Well, its a blessing to be able to bring joy to ur frens! LOL~

I have so much to blog abt..

Let me rewind back to 25 of dec, 12 am.

I was in malaysia..on my way back from visiting relatives there..
went shopping with biao yi..bought 3/4 pants, t-shirt..
Mummy drove, the weather was so chilling we need not have to on d air con..
as a result, i had running nose!

Slept at mum's place after reaching SG..
Went over to nikki's place for christmas feast..sumptous indeed~

took many pixs with nikki..
drank vodka apeach rich brought..
watched movies(replayed)..
exchanged presents..
i got mine(prezzie i bought) back initially...but i changed it with mevlyn..=p

reached home only at 2am plus..so tired tat i almost

dint wanna wake up when iren called at 10 am today..

Planned to go shopping for prom night gowns with ee,iren,lai shan n peishi..

laishan got a gd bargain..grey tight-fitting gown..

peishi got a really pretty dark blue expensive gown..

lucky me i dont have prom night. cos its real bothersome to search for gowns tat u like..

HAd dinner with auntie..chatted, drank a bit..

cool~ now i need to sleep..

outing at east coast

mum came to pick me up at 10+am n we went to this buffet restaurant(well known chefs there)
aunt stella ate d buffet dinner once n introduced us..

The buffet was fabulous..i mean d food n all..
gonna recommend it to all whom i know!

mummy been so kind n all offered to drive me down to east coast park..
i was early. but so was siti, amelia n one..
siti n amelia prepared the food..thanks to them!

i'll summarise our day events there..(going to malaysia in like 10 min time..oh..)

four of us rented bikes n cycled..it was drizzling...
i was racing with one n he braked suddenly, so i clashed into his bike..looking like a duck..
had injuries to my toes..bruised ankle..
It was irritating la..but like wat amelia said..something memorable..lol

leslie called to say he's coming afterall..went to meet him at mac.
he n jon lied abt not being able to cycle.. n i Actuaally believed them..god i'm naive.
We took pixs, chatted..

Anne tay our lecturer arrived early with her family..
she brought us a cake she baked..n bought chips..how sweet!
left soonafter thou to celebrate her daughter's birthday.

ben n jaime was started the fire for bbq..while we all waited..
Then leslie n jon n adrian decided to cycle, so i rented another bike n rode with them..
Was fun..cycling n chatting..lol

Back to bbq pit, ate, played uno cards, took more pixs, fooling ard..
yup, tats abt it..

By then, we were all sticky n tired..
The rain spoiled it..
all was gd thou.

at night, i din wanna go home so i decided to join jon,leslie, jon's cousin, adrian to cineleisure to play pool.. Hey, turns out..leslie was the better player of all...ha! n he said he barely played pool..nah~ tats d word coming from pros.

Its thurs already..gosh..i'm left with one more wk of holiday..
n i'm beginning to think its not enuff..
ppl.. always not satisfied with wat they have..
i'm one of those..at least just for the holiday part in my life..

others? i'm pretty satisfied..cant possibly ask for too much..

officially, i gave back my E700 to dad..he will be using my old line now..

my right thumb's nail came out again..fake nail to be exact..
damn! imagine all pretty nails except for 1.

went to imm giant yesterday with classmates to get bbq stuff for friday..
following that, went to meet iren n junwen.
iren wanted to get a new phone since hers is pretty much ruined,
scratches all over.

Was at town from 4pm til like 10pm plus..
we kept going ard looking at handphones..makes my heart linger after more..
like sony ericssion W900 (white model)
also found out Dmobo will be launching another series..
guess wat? "Winnie the pooh"
It is so expected man..

later on, we went to starhub center, looked at this NEC phone which was
just released..its slimmer than motorola's V3.
No kidding!
pretty pretty..but the theme inside is rather dull..

Junwen, the inspector gadget(i named him) is an expert on handphones stuff..IT..
he owns more than a dozens hp..gosh!

Had to ask him to help out to fix my com..a bit of minor prob..
hopefully all can be well..

had a late late supper with quan shun. At west coast mac..
he drove, i loved it when my frens has a car..lol..loved the ride..
now its his dad's..perhaps not long..he will get one? lol..

hate arguments

i slept for more than ten hrs last nite n 2 more while nappin at gram's place.

perhaps tats one of d reasons y i cry(tears run so readily)

aunt sarah is known for being "chang qi"..n after running thru my mind whether i should comment on wat she is saying to my gram..i blurted those words..

"u went too far, .." which meant in my heart-> she shouldnt have said that kind of words to her own mum..

However, she simply thought i have no right to say so...n bla bla bla she went on..abt y she had to say those stuff...

simple stuff but she makes it so serious n she can still scold me without really saying it out from her mouth...

I simply hated it..arguments n all..

I din think enuff n i don want to...
Y make the world so complicated..when it already is..

its like so natural for an old lady to worry for her daughters...
but y put words into her mouth when she din even think abt it..

Liquid

last nite,
michelle dearie applied some of her shimmering body lotion for me..
she knows i'm gonna party..lol..

lotsa familiar faces at liquid..nikki n geri, zhiwei n gang, iren, serene n gang,
jaclyn n gang, mary n kumar, aust guys..we all went.
Everything seemed so crazy man...i mean perhaps i'm crazy (not literally)..

Practically not taking stuff seriously...just party party yea..
i remembered kumar carried me way up high in the club..lol..
tats one thing special anyone has done for me..
nice..

we had bak kut teh for supper..weird but gd..
then cabbed hm with geri,nikki n zhiwei...
i sweared i was so exhausted i flunked right onto bed immediately, not
even waiting for my hair to dry...resulted in lion's hair once i woke up.

i'm so hungry now..wana eat prata..
off to do so, then badminton here i come..

Pride n Prejudice, i liked it so much..
everything in the movie turned out perfectly gd..
or perhaps i simply loved the author who wrote the story-Jane Austen-

How each of them expresses their feelings out
so aptly that i must say i'm impressed.

u get rejected for god knows wat reasons or they simply procrastinate..
up til now, i only got jinhai's confirmation for 30th dec gathering.

nothing better to do

i'm just gonna scribble anything that comes to my mind..

yesterday i went back to school for tennis..
Its been 6 mths since i last played..
started running,..did some routine moves for warming up..
then all of a sudden, i had giddy spells..hell scary!
i quickly got my wallet n went to d nearest vending machine
to get h2o..glucose drink would be better cos i'm hypo-ing!
i tried my best to stay sober, leaning onto a wall..
gulping 2 packets of drinks as fast as i could without choking.

When i felt better, i went back to the courts n asked
coach if i could take a break, which i did.

As i was resting, i looked at the other players
(don know them, assumed they had been
practising for a long while before i came)

They played so well..while i....really sucked..
6mths..n they r already so gd...if only i hadnt missed my training..
i will be that gd too? probably not, i have a low tolerance or rather
i should say i cant endure panting away...
Geez~ coach asked me to practise more n go back to train on sat morning..

I'm still considering.
If i love this sport so much, i wouldnt be thinking that much...
my worries, like aching pain, chest pain, tired body after training...
Argh~ i'm impressed with athletes who can run all day man n not sweat..
how am i possibly gonna take all that?
I'm simply a lazybum ar..
wat to do..any other sport that doesnt require running?
mm..swimming then~

1st day of holiday

Smile~~i'm referring to me right now..
been really happy yesterday n today..
visited my relatives at batu pahat...
mum n grandparents went with me...
both biao yi brought me to the largest shopping mall called "Summit" to shop.
I had so much great time with them..chatting n stuff..

So many rewards i got...!

- black pants
- lovely pajames
- good food throughout
- manicure for the first time
- seen n carried my 4 mth old pretty cousin
- learnt to be more understanding..to mummy
- gd lessons biao yi hwee mian taught, always remembered!
- my relatives r such great ppl..tats wat i think, impressive!
- to treasure...

cons?

- holding my bladder for so long..toilets r so dirty there...
- hurt my back while squatting..
- constant fear of cats..

I wanna go shopping at kl with my biao yi..sss...!!!! til then, got to save up.
Promised them i will be go there asap when i can...
I cant wait~

two days out!

Sat, met up with iren at commonwealth..
headed to my cousin's place..
on the way, we had the famous wanton mee from old airport rd.
the weather was so hot n humid, we simply took a cab after i left d vcd for my aunt.
Iren din get to see my cousin..haiz..he was at the rooftop doing some work..

Persuaded iren to buy the famous kim choo dumpling over there...
LOL..imagine her carrying dumplings and shopping at orchard...? odd..
Turns out she decided to go to her aunt's salon to have her hair highlighted.
The result? looks pretty nice.. just not too blond..
usually d highlights must be striking for it to stand out..but she din wan tat.

HAd dinner at jp, bought d guess perfume for ee's present.
chill at coffee bean while waiting for weixiang to fetch both of us..
He is a medic with civil defence(ns) no kidding, already learnt to set plug while i havent.
He brought us to west coast's prata shop..
then home..

the next day, serene iren peishi n me got a treat from ee at suntec's marche..
once in a blue moon man..
Had a gd time chatting..
afterwhich, ee left then the rest of us continued shopping at marina square....
ate at thai express..
back to je centre to play pool with jinhai(its his pay day) =p
iren played with me for a while then left for a movie with weixiang...

These two days, i keep going out..i almost forgot everything else...
Time to go for work..five more days to go..

weekend rocks!

Enjoyed myself last nite at momo..
with nikki, geri n her fren..

music n place wise, its quite fresh for me since its my first time there..
still, i'll probably choose liquid over momo..used to it le..
gonna try out other clubs next time round...when my pockets aint so tight.
So i drank a mixed drink by `GeRi~`.. a combination of red bull n baron(i hate this beer la)
Turns out really gd...nice job geri!

The crews there danced on the counter top, one of them even had butterfly wings..lol~
nikki took video of them..guess she will be putting it up soon..

Oh yeah...i believed we were banging our bums at one of the
cupboard door so many times i simply gave up man..haiz..

17th dec, one great nite out with lots of ppl at liquid!!!
